Su-Lin Pam

Su-Lin Pam is a Busan-based sports writer with a strong interest in hockey, tennis, soccer, the Olympics, and major international competitions.

Originally from a Chinese family, Su-Lin has spent much of her recent life in South Korea because of her parents’ work. That cross-cultural background has given her a broader view of sport, particularly how different countries connect with athletes, leagues, national teams, and major global events.

Her interest in sports gradually developed into an interest in writing, allowing her to combine the excitement of competition with the stories surrounding athletes, teams, and international tournaments. At The Sports Encounter, she brings a younger perspective to multi-sport coverage while continuing to develop her voice as a sports writer.

Su-Lin is 21 and lives in Busan. Outside writing, she closely follows international sports and enjoys the cultural side of major competitions as much as the action itself.
